How do I buy a product?
Open a listing, read its description and store terms, choose an available quantity and use the purchase option shown. Sign in when prompted. Review the total before confirming.
What is the difference between Auto and Manual delivery?
Auto delivery uses the product's configured automatic fulfilment. Manual delivery is fulfilled by the seller. Check the listing and your order for the delivery method, timing and delivered details.
Where can I find my purchase?
Open My orders after signing in. Select the order to see its status and available delivery information.
How do I report an order issue?
Use the conversation and dispute controls available on the order. Check the deadline shown there. For help accessing an order, open a support ticket and include its order number.
Can I save a product?
Use the heart button on a product. Sign in if prompted to save it to your favourites.
How do I become a seller?
Use Become a seller, sign in and follow the existing seller onboarding steps. Creating an account alone does not grant seller or listing approval.
